Please refer to the policy of IATA (International Air Transport Association). The definition of incapacitated passengers is passengers with physical or mental disabilities or passengers need assistance when boarding, disembarking, or during the flight from airlines. The policy includes passengers with legs gymsumed (LEGL, LEGR, LEGB), passengers to be separated (MEDA), passengers to carried by stretchers (STCR), passengers to use wheelchairs (WCHR, WCHS, WCHC), blind passengers (BLND), and deaf passengers (DEAF)、children(UM). Most passengers are WCHC passengers who need wheelchair assistance to board a plane, so this table is designed specifically for WCHC passengers. Airline companies have different seat limit and policies depending on plane model, number of seats, attendants, and exits.
